Our Srirachbonnet hot sauce is a traditional style Sriracha except it’s made with Humboldt-grown scotch bonnet peppers. We ferment scotch bonnets, garlic, and salt for two weeks, then add in a blend of rice and distilled vinegars and brown sugar. A spicy treat to add to ramen and rice dishes. Also great on eggs and pizza. 87% peppers.
